Shipping, Taxes & Duties (International)
Shipping, taxes, & import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-creditable upon return. Every country has their own import laws and fees. Customs will use your invoice and the declared value on the shipping form to determine if these fees apply to you.
Customer are responsible for return shipping charges.
All demurrage, detention and storage cost in case of any dispute in your country is the responsibility of the customer.
Please be advised that falsifying documents to customs may be liable to financial penalties or criminal prosecution.
Ariststyles accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment.
Any Returns sent back to us without using a Pro-forma Invoice, that cause us to incur duties or taxes upon receipt by our office will be deducted from your store credit.
General Return Policy (International)
Given the time for transit, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order according to the tracking number to return your purchase and receive a store credit. A request for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) must be summited by email only within 24 hours of delivery. For Example: order is received on January 1, so the return request must be received by January 2.
To be eligible for a return and receive a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.
To start a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) for all approve returns within 24 hrs. With your RMA, you are now ready to send your return items back for return using insured UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx for safe receipt.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package.
Our return policy is in place to benefit our shoppers and provide the best customer service. Ariststyles, have no interest in adding freight cost for returns or adding stocking fees to our product price as a default to cover returns that might not occur. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, any fees associated with your refund is in place so that our customers get the best and fair deals on the market. - There is a 15% restocking fees on returns within 10 days. For example, item was delivered to you on January 1, the merchandise must be received our office by January 11.
- There is a 25% restocking fees on all returns received after 10 days (including weekends and holidays. For example, items was delivered to you on January 1, Item was received by our office January 12.
- Items sent back to us after 14 days, will not be issued a refund. For example, items was delivered on January 1, Item must be received by January 14 for your returns to be accepted.
- Any returns without an RMA are subject to a penalty of 50% percent of the purchase amount.
- Any items purchased with a discount code, is subjected to an additional penalty of 10% of the Purchase amount.
- All items that was purchase with a price match is Final Sale - No Returns
Please note* any shipping and handling fees associated with purchasing your items are not refundable. For example, if you paid $30 to ship our product to you, then your refund will not include this amount. Also, Any original freight+handling cost will be deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout. For example, complementary shipping cost of $25 will be deducted from your store credit.
Note* We thank you for your tips. Ariststyle team appreciate your acknowledgment. With regards to refunds and returns, tipping is non-refundable.
Are there any return fees?
Cost of return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact us now at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted for special order items, which includes: Andrea and Leo Couture Dresses.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items/Bridal Gowns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All products sold with a 15% or more discount on merchandise are Final Sale and non-returnable. For example, If a dress cost $200 and a discount code of 15% or dollar amount equivalent to 15% is applied at checkout resulting $170 ($200*15%), the merchandise is final sale and non-returnable.
Returns on Bridal Gowns are subjected to a 50% restocking fee and issued store credit. for example, A Bridal Gown costing $600 at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be $300 ($600*50%) in store credit.
Damages, Disputes, & Refused Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged or has a defect.
- Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.
- Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 30% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
If you want to exchange your item for another size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is contact us immediately for a (RMA) following our standard return policy. Request a (RMA) within 24 hrs. of delivery. Once approved, you will be issued a store credit after it has been received by us. We strongly recommend using the sizing chart before purchase.
Note* The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a new purchase of the dress in your desired size once we confirm we have it available.
Each designer tends to have a specific size guide. We highly recommend reviewing the size guide listed on the specific designer dress brand before purchase. As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always chose the larger size. It's easy to to alter a dress to avoid returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a store credit on your purchase.
Please check the size chart before making a purchase. All alterations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you find a lower price for any non-sale dress that we carry online prior to placing an order, we will match that price on your order. Call us before placing an order to tell us where we can find the current dress at a lower price on another site. Any Price Match sold will follow our sale policy which is non-returnable. The price match must be an online advertised price, it can not be from brick and mortar pricing.
Exceptions: Dress must be shown on a website that is a US based authorized retailer of the dress. Offer is not valid if the dress is shown as “sale”, “clearance”, “special”, or an auction site. Shipping charges will be considered when looking at a lower price. For example, if a dress is on another website for $140 with an additional charge for $14 shipping to you, Your price match will be $154 on our site.
This offer cannot be used with any other discount, coupon, or special offer. The site must have the item in stock in size and color that you are ordering available for immediate shipping. Special Order Items do not apply.
Please call us to find out the available of your dress prior to purchase. Any dress purchased that is not available will receive a 100% monetary refund unless you choose Sezzle which will incur a 8% restocking fee on refunds. This fee is not a profit and is associated using SEZZLE.*
In-Stock Items - If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee after it has been process and issued a monetary refund. If shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.
Pre-Order Items - If you wish to cancel a pre-order item from your order after it has been processed,* a 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
Special Order Items - Special Orders are unable to be cancelled as these items are cut specifically for you.

Store Credit Information
Your store credit can be used on any product and are valid for six months from issuance. Once approved, we will send you a code that has your store credit. Simply choose your dress and at checkout, apply your code to make your new purchase. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to a customer's bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.
Note*Our Customers in NYC are subjected to a 8.875% sale taxes. If a refund has been processed, we return the entire amount of sales taxes paid by our customer on the original purchase price. For example, if a dress cost $200 plus $17.75 in taxes then the refund amount minus any additional fee (e.g. prepaid postage) is $150 plus taxes $17.75. A total refund of $167.75 in store credit.
