General Return Policy
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For US shoppers, we offer 100% store credit for all items returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
Note: All Jovani, Andrea and Leo Couture, Wedding Dresses and Quinceanera and Mini Quince Dresses are Final Sale, No Return and No exchanges.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges as all dresses are special order. Dresses run two to three size small, use our size guide to measure yourself. Always size up when between sizes. For international shoppers, a 10 day return window for 80% store credit. Please see our International FAQ page.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?
A request for a return (RMA) must be summited by email to order@ariststyles.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any request after 24 hours will not be accepted. Any Item returned without an RMA request will not be eligible for a store credit. All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached, and the dress should be shipped back in its protector plastic bag. Laundered, smoked in, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks, used and worn items will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client. Any complementary shipping/handling cost is deducted from your store credit. All shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.
There is an 20% restocking fee for any dress sent back to us after 7 days. Any dress shipped back to us after 14 days will not be refundable. For International shoppers, there is an additional 10% restocking fees for any dress sent back to us after 10 business days.
