Also, orders may take up to 48 longer than expected to prepare for shipment due to strong demand.

Processing Guidelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday at before 11:00 am PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. (Some brands processing times may vary.

If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee if applicable).

Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $29.99 ground shipping and handling fees (for any reshipped item even if free shipping was the initial offer). 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that UPS, USPS, or DHL may experience. If you have any issues with your delivery, please reach out to UPS or USPS for support. If you would like your order to have any special request, please call us before placing your order. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. 

No Sales Tax for Shoppers Outside of New York:

Shoppers are exempt from paying sales taxes on purchases from Ariststyles.com if they do not pick up at a New York location and/or ship their purchases to a New York shipping address. All other states are currently exempt from paying sales tax on a purchase from Ariststyles.
